  • Mary Sweere started her career in the Media and Telecoms at CSIS (the Centre for Strategic and International Studies)

    Following, she joined Deloitte as Head of Development for telco management consulting engagements in Central Europe focused on Strategy and Financial Processes and later was part of a team that expanded the Telecom & Media practice from 5 individuals to a team of over 60.

    After leaving Deloitte, she was instrumental in the set-up of a private equity firm where she served as COO for five years and went on to pursue her own agenda focused on alternative energies and renewables, founding ELTR

    She holds an MIA in Economics from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Creighton University. She speaks English, Italian and French fluently and qualified as a Non-Executive Director with the Financial Times course in 2017.

  • Martyn has more than 30 years’ experience in CFO and CEO positions in private and public manufacturing and distribution companies within start-ups, and established organisations operating in North America, Europe, and the Far East.

    Martyn was instrumental in growing a group of companies to $1bn turnover (from a base $8m) within 12 years. Martyn has undertaken more than 45 M&A transactions across the globe and advised on distress businesses with HSBC.

    Martyn is the founder of Augment Corporate Finance, a strategic growth and equity/cashflow advisor to SMEs andmid-market entities. Martyn has an MBA from Ashridge

  • Alex is a member of the team who has previous experience in the Waste-to-Energy sector working with End-of-Life Plastics (ELPs). He possesses an extensive knowledge base in thermochemical conversion techniques of novel feedstocks which is consolidated with his Bachelor’s and Masters in Chemical Engineering from The University of Hull. Alex now focuses on the commercial and technical output of the company with his multi-disciplined skillset, specifically aiding in the project development aspects of the business.

  • Sarah is a new starter to ELTR, supporting the analytics and research of the group.

    She possesses a varied knowledge base, combining a Bachelor’s in Chemistry with a postgraduate degree in Archaeological Science. Previous roles additionally cover rubber analytics in the chemical industry. Sarah will support the team in both its commercial and technical requirements.
